Howdy folks! Just got home after some time abroad and have been dreaming about my Split Panel surf trips. Unfortunately I've come home to find 'Boris' in need of some TLC so have decided that an engine/gearbox/wiring job was needed. Was wondering if there were any Volksheads with some info on alternative fueled engines?
Also looking for some new glass and rubber kits and Im guessin this forum would give the best info around.

If you've been away - Roy is the Split Version of Russell Crowe in Gladiator....of late, there are a few new people about and prices are much 'nicer' than a few years ago generally...I heared he is ugly as mind....so not really like Rus at all. (smile)

Alternative power - mate - just do a search for Subaru, Lexus or V6....this forum is full of it....been there read that...even looked at Turbo Twin Plug Air Coolers...but to be honest....IRS it, Lbug 1300 single side plate it and run a 1600.....unless you want to spend up...you'll have no shortage of new friends willing to take yer money there....
