After dreaming of owning a Beetle forever, I have finally decided to buy one for restoration. It’s a bit sad being a Beetle nut without owning a
Beetle! I have not yet found the right one, but hopefully I’ll have one soon … already thinking of a name for him/her. So if you are selling,
have a look at my “wanted” post on the buying & selling forum.
Look forward to chatting about Beetles!
hey girl!
welcome.
welcome beetledreamer
you shouldn't have to much trouble finding a nice bug at a good price on here.
Hi there,
Good luck in your hunt for that special Beetle friend.
One day it will just happen, like it did for me, with a $400 outlay.
Your dream bug will be out there, again, good luck.
HEY BEETLEDREAMER

-Staggers.
welcome to the mad world of vw nuts.. enjoy :P
Hey thanks for the warm welcome!
I'm on the Northside. I drool at the old vw's (even the wrecks) every time I go past Mick's Motors : )
Yeah resoration .. ha ha! I'm not a total newbie to doing up cars. My hubby was doing up a couple of old cars when I met him. Now that I have
convinced him to get a Beetle he is very excited about doing up another car - although we already have very different ideas about what we are going to
do to it. Anyway, I'm sure I'll bombard you all with lots of questions soon. Cheers!

I really like the 60's vintage beetles, though I'm always changing my mind. I wouldn't mind a kombi as well ... maybe that'll be my next project.
