Hi every body! My name is Brendan & i've been a mad VW enthusiast since i was about 3. I've watched this forum for about a month & now want to become active. My mother finally sucombed to her 11 year old son's pressures & bought a sweet 1968 1500 Bug in 1993. This same beetle is still with us going strong even though we've collectively put over 200,000 miles on it. Although it spends most of it's time at Mum & Dad's (It does a lot less work if its there!) every couple of weeks i have to steal it back because i miss the whole VW experience too much. Although it isn't a show car by any means, it is definately well loved & is quite neat & tidy. I will be at Valla next month (Yey!) so hopefully to meet up with a lot of you great people. Cheers!

Welcome to the forum, glad to hear that you are going to Valla it's going to be great and don't worry about your Bug not being in show condition, it makes it more so appealing!
