Well, hi there and g'day.....good to find this place..

well..years back...loved the old kombi...then time moved on and i never found another that seemed a good deal..untill a mate of mine rang me and said..hey..you want a neat 74 model kombi van?...registered and on the road?

so...we bought 3 of them....2 with reg and on the road..

one fully decked out..73 auto vw..3 way fridge with gas bottle..gas cooking...2 water tanks..and it's auto...all the timber work is solid silky oak, all hand made...........a beautiful old lady..

one empty...new built motor...ready to fit out, and the parts will come out of the 3rd one, fully fitted out..but no reg, no motor and box and a bit of rust..

and here i am nearly 60....but the wifey and i will just throw a dart at the map..and take off for a bit..

and how much?....$2200 for the 3...

..the ole girl went up on the hoist without one creak or groan, and had some new rubber put on....the alignment went well....I dared to venture under....the dark hollows of the old girl looked down upon me, many journeys gone by was still written in the layers of dust covering her belly

good to see you found the site it got some really good information on here, and if its not on here theres deffinatly people on here that will be able to help you out
