How to get Signature up?

I've added a signature, and have it turned on, but I'm not seeing it in any of my posts. Is it only viewable by others, or is it just not working?

Ah yes, I see, the new member initiation!!! It works just fine AFTER you make an a$$ of yourself!!! I like it!
