Andrew, please help me, I'm getting more than a little bit frustrated.

I'm running XP with Internet Explorer 6.0, all freshly installed and updated, but I can't get into the chatroom. I've tried enabling all the ActiveX and Java options, and changed settings to enable all cookies from this domain, but I still can't get in. Any suggestions? Unfortunately I've used up my limited degree of computer ability.

Ps. I don't have a firewall, and I don't have a disk in the floppy drive either!

You should be using the in built firewall

Are you using Sun's VM or Microsoft's VM?
