Got heaps of pics and trying to work out how to get em small enough to post on this here web forum.Every image seems to be to large to upload.Anyone got any ideas how to change jpeg files smaller and what size pixels is the max?Cheers

Make 'em 640x480 and save as a JPEG with q=65 in nearly any paint program. Please don't make them any wider than around 600 pixels as it makes the page expand sideways.

Look at the other threads for suggestions for programs to use.

That makes files of around 25-30 kb in size. The size limit is 50 kb.
