Been out of VW's for about 23 years, had a 69 Cal Look back in England, now feel i need another, thinking about a Baja Bug, but not sure where to buy a kit (want to build myself), and also prices of donar cars, don't want to cut up a decent car, any help greatly appreciated.

well i paid $500 for the beetle i`m bajaing (is that a real word)i paid $100 for my kit (swap meet)and countless $$ so far for wheels tyres and the front bar and rear cage i`ve built,then theres the hours in doing what rust work it needed ,now for paint and the interior ,then comes the engineers certificate,and thats without rego on top,but dont let me scare you off also check out this other site in oz as well
