Hi long time stalker of this site first time post.
have a questions for subaru into type 3 gurus
have a 70's type 3 sb and from what i can see in pics how far above the engine lid does the subaru engine extend?

preference for ej20t or ej22?
car is auto and is to be daily driver hopefully with a/c and cruise
