FAQ: Trouble registering? Password resets? Changing e-mails?

Hi there,
For the longest time, we've had considerable difficulty in getting our e-mail messages through to your inboxes.
Known to work:
Internode (this is my ISP. Internode is run by clueful geeks who know what they're doing)
Hotmail (look in your Junk mail folder)
Known to be problematic:
Optus
TPG
Yahoo (particularly yahoo.com.au addresses)
If you do not receive messages from Aussieveedubbers, please look in your Junk Mail folder. If you find a message from AVDS in your junk folder, can
you please mark it as "not junk". That will help all users on your ISP (as well as you!) get messages from us.
If after looking in your junk mail folder and waiting for a bit (up to 10 minutes), please e-mail me admin (@) aussieveedubbers.com and I will sort
you out by hand. This may take 24+ hours as I'm the only person currently doing these tasks.
