My names Lewy, i'm new to the site but have had a love for VW's since I was a boy. I learned to drive in a baja bug when I was 11 or so, and once we snapped both front axles in the poor old beast my father thought it would be wise to fix it up and sell it. I regret his decision.

Its been a long time since I have even seen a real baja, but I want to try to get myself one...or a SWB manx which is what im really interested in at the moment. Is it true that you cant register the short wheel base manx in NSW any more?

Cool my first car was a Baja. I now have one again 20 years later.
