Hi all,

new to ausVdubbers, but I can already see there is much to look at on this site.
At present I have 2 vw's; a mk1 golf 2 door (1/76 - swallowtail) and a 74 Kombi camper.
The kombi is a work in progess that I am along with my brother in the process of restoring completely, whilst the golf is my daily. In aus is seems to be a harder task finding parts for the golf than the kombi which seems odd, but anyway.

Anyway that's me, I'll try to post up some pics of the beasts asap.

and here's the kombi a few months ago when we got it home

completely stripped now and being sanded back to bare metal.
