How do you have text that can be linked to another link?

For example clicking on "Dave Birchall" in his signature section will take you to his web site.

Doesn't [ url ] tags work there too?

ie:

[ url = http://www.example.com  ] text text text [ /url ]

Remove the spaces besides the square brackets.
