Hi Dave, yes that's me. The guy that spent 10 years in the "closet" at Heads Up grinding my ass off. It wasn't just my heads that put those cars
into the 9's, it was alot of teamwork between us (D&A Racing, Doug and Anthony), Roger Crawford, and Ray from Component Development (makes the
heads and rockers). We worked for about two years before the first 9 sec pass and another year before the first side by side 9 sec run between Roger
and Doug. Many 100's of dyno pulls, many trips to the ATM to get money to buy parts, and MANY passes down the track to figure out how to get the
power to the ground. Alot of work, but VERY rewarding. I have tons of pics and alot of stories I'll write about soon. I have a write up about my
Bugpack sponsored Super Stock (stock head casting/12 pounds per cubic inch heads up drag racing class) engine that is 2275 cc's and makes 245 hp and
revs to 9000 RPM. STAY TUNED!!!
