New family from Northern California. I have been involved and around VW's my whole life. My father worked for a VW dealer and VWoA from the early 60's until the past few years. So you can say it is in my blood. We currently have a 64 Bug with 65k original miles and a 71 high roof Westy and the wife drives a Passat wagon. I have owned and built many VW's over the years and have them running through my veins I run a company that imports BMW motorcycle parts and accessories called Eurotech Motorsports( http://www.eurotechmotorsports.com ) and do metal fabrication in the evenings and weekends when we are not camping.
I came across this forum looking for information on doing a 2.3 Ford engine swap in our camper.
