I have just purchased myself a 1997 Polo, which seems to be in pretty good condition, with full service history.

I'm pretty happy about that.

I have not driven a VW before, so getting used to the indicators on the other side, and the lights on a switch on the right of the steering wheel will be interesting...

I am pretty useless as far as cars go, so please forgive me if some of the questions I ask seem a little daft.
