Another Newbie from NSW
BugsyMalone - October 8th, 2011 at 09:28 AM

Greetings to all,

I have recently purchased a '69 Beetle from "Mangrovejack" so I am looking forward to joining the VW scene.

Recently, I've crashed a BA Super Sedan(Speedway) into a concrete wall backwards at near top speed. Also come off my moto at 120km/h after a roo decided to come say hello

So figured I should rest the body and build something in the shed.

Does anyone know any good VW clubs in NSW thats accepting Rat Rods as this is the direction I want to head for. Also clubs that don't mind me turning up even if my Dub is still in the shed?

I look forward to getting involved in the forum as its already got my VW for me and plenty of ideas.

Regards

Paul

SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!! The wrx/beetle is awesome, don't know any good write-ups on the conversion? Im goin to google it now. Any idea whats in the drag bug? Is that a WRX'er too?. True, definetly horsepower is much better than spending loads on suspension. Back to the drawing board, thanks for the wake up call, hahahaha.....
