I click on the link (the white one) , a new window opens with a box with heart detectives ad and then nothing? How long does it normally take for room to open. Do I need to click on something else? Confused!!!

The Java applet takes a while to load. Just read some posts while you wait. :thumb

i'm just getting a cross where the login is sposed to be

Please hold down the "Shift" key when clicking on the "Chat Room" link above. This forces your browser to reload the page rather than try to get it from cache.

Alternatively, hold down the Shift key whilst clicking reload on the screen that has the "X" symbol on it.

The chat room is hosted by another company - we have a single page that invokes the Java class file as a URL.

chat room doesn't seem to work on my Mac,
I get to the page with the add and get no further!

Argl, let me get the place we get that from to troubleshoot it.

Do you have Internet Explorer or Mozilla or Opera with Java turned on? It must have Java or it wont work.
