Hey welcome to here !!!
Wherabouts are you, and do you have a Volksy at the moment ???
Always keen to see pics/info on people's rides....

welcome aboard the love bus of VW happiness
welcome plenty of VWs in Brissy
Thank you all for the warm welcomes. Makes me feel extremely happy to have a supportive community.
Welcome to the site there is lots of information here and plenty of good people always willing to give advice.
Have a look around and have fun with your future vw. Just one question why a 73 model?
My mate of my brother has one, and i love them. But i dont mind at all. I just want a 1970's beetle. I dont know much about the differences yet though, but i will learn fast
Welcome, be careful once you get one it's hard to stop there!
From what i have been told and i may be wrong but a 68-72 is better than the L bug 73 onwards especially if you want to lower the front end.
I am sure others here will correct me if i am wrong
Awesome because i have a video of what i would like mine to look like once im finished.
Here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCQ9r_Fzjzs
I plan on mine looking like the light blue one.

To DubEnthusiast, You should try and make it to Dubs by the Pub this year. Its the first vw show to start the year off. There are usually some vw for sale and will give you a look into the real world of VW'S. Check events for 2012 for more info.
