hey thanks! I own a 1970 beetle. It was originally a dark beige although when i purchased it, the previous owner or earlier had sprayed it white. The paint job is pretty dodgy and there's paint flaking everywhere although the engine runs awesome and has been converted to a 1600 rather than the original 1500. Ive basically put padding and leather-like seatcovers on my seats for a quickish fix but i have made all my interior panels, glove box, sunvisors and have installed and fixed many various mechanical items in the car.. a little to go considering its out of rego, although it will be on the road in the next few weeks!!! hopefully :/ what have you got? a beetle i guess?

Welcome Lenny1870, just be signing in you will notice where are individual sections of the forum depending on what you would like to know more about? There is an events section and also a non VW engine conversion section for you to look through.

At the top of your screen you will see "topic activity", i use this more as it allows me to view all the activity thats been happening on the whole forum.

If there is something in particular you would like to know, use the "search" function before starting a new thread, as more often that not you will find your answers there.
