I have to write about this, even though its going to embaress me, but it is kinda funny
(and i am busy trying to procrastinate from doing any actual work...have so far done 2 loads of washing and mopped the entire house...ahh study..gotta love it)

this was in late jan of this year. am wondering if it was any one from the forum...?
i was driving along sandgate road through clayfield and then up through the Albion fiveways.
looked in my rearview mirrow and there was a little white type 3 squareback - just like me only with yellow bits on the front.
i waved like mad and there were 3 boys in the other car who waved like mad back!
yay! it was very exciting!
i always wave at other vws but hardly ever get a response, but these guys were just as happy to see their "twin" too!
they followed until gympie rd where i turned off to go up to windsor...i was sad to see them go...
now this is the embaressing bit...
when i got to my friends house (only about 2 minutes away) i was so excited that i had seen 3 cute boys in such a stylish car .... when i got out i was actually weak at the knees!!!!
i kid you not...i parked the car...got out...then fell over...
i am yet to live it down with my friends...who already tease me about loving my car too much...now they think i am really sad because i got all freaked out by seeing another type 3 with boys in it.

Well i do get eggzited when i see another Type3...


But not "Weak at the knees"

I always find that type 3s are driven by cute guys(for instance, that black type 3 i saw a few days ago in west end with a rather nice looking young man in it )... kinda makes me want to buy one
