Spotted a MK1 Golf Cabrio on the Simpsons

Spotted on Magnum PI TC's T3 Van and a cal look bug last nite:beer

There's an add in brissy aboutwater conservation has a girl washing a white beetle with empi's on the grass

anyone noticed that a lot of soaps have beetles.

Watched the movie Johhny Nmeumonic (sp) with Keauneu Reeves (sp) last night. They used Beetles as bombs and dropped them from a bridge. They were like huge molitov cocktails.

I also remember seeing a Beetle on a Michael Jackson Video clip recently.

watched an aussie movie on sunday night about like end of the world, nuclear war etc. "ON THE BEACH", and there was a early 60s green cabriolet beetle with side chrome flash, looked great....

these may be S.A. only, but Australian Central Credit Union (I think) is using a turquoise Karmann Ghia in their advertising at the moment.
and SGIC has a Split Screen Kombi in their new ad.

Who can forget Jimoens debt to Australia ... in blowing up a splitty in 'The Craic' ... I was enjoying the movie up to that point ... then he had to go and destroy a splitty and make me cry ...

Also there is a cool thing on the new Adam Sandler/Drew Barrymore movie ... saw it in the shorts ... probably not worth spending money to go see it though

CSI has used a few beetles. A new beetle cabrio was featured in the episode where a few young partygoers were killed and a old beaten up beetle was blown up in another episode .......

What about the Karmann Ghia in the special K ad ????? That ad started my obsession with red Karmann Ghia's !

Also on the Aussie Version of " what not to wear " the fashion gurus drive a new beetle cabrio !!!!

yeah i remember seeing jamies samba:thumb and on the new adam sandler movie (i posted a spotters forum thing for this) 50 first dates drew barry more drives a yellow thing.....in the movie "the wall" by pink floyd there is a beetle in the scene where they are goign thru the streets with the nazis parked on the side of the road.....and in the movie "boys in the hood" one of the main charecters drives a slammed blu bug :thumb

Nice splitty panel van on "Mr Reliable" saw it a few weeks ago, it was acting as a tv crew van. Few bugs appear, show is set in the late 60s

in both TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE movies theres a couple of old VW wrecks out the back of the house. in the recent remake theres actually an awesome rat splitty with deluxe trim hanging off it...

there was wat would hav been a brand new 68 beetle in 'i dream of genie' yesterday

u only see it for a bit and its only one side and the top of the hood....but on the new impulse girls deodorant spray ad there is a blue beetle....her handbag is on the front hood when she gets out the spray:thumb

Watched Starsky and Hutch at the movies - awesome movie!

Saw kombis and superbugs and at the end a yellow Karmann Ghia filled up with Coke!
