Identify Please? (Buggy)

My neighbour just picked this up for $400. I was wondering if anyone could identify it for us please. Its a short wheel base on a '73 pan, swingaxle/BJ frontend (drum brakes)

It needs alot of work. The biggest problem will be if it has been previously registered in QLD or not, Will make a big difference on what he can do with it.

Whats doing with the wheel stud pattern? Looks like a charger rim on the front left!

Did he get that from Bakers Creek?

Yes it is a valiant rim, He didn't have the proper rims so he used them to get it on the truck. No he didn't get it from Bakers Creek, it comes from Nebo(from his son in law). Paul Wilson(Bakers Creek) does have a J&S Body in his yard though.
