DUBS ON SCREEN...

Where have you seen a dub on the big..or small screen lately.. or not so lately perhaps? :)

I'll kick it off with a nice blue/white bay kombi that get's trashed by the terrorists in "Back To The Future" :(, the orange/white one in wqaynes driveway in "Waynes World", the awsome blue/white deluxe samba driven by Jqmie Oliver in his new show (name escapeth me...), a greenish grey bay panel parked in the background in the 1975 Dr Who story, "Arc of Infinity".

Oh and a new beetle in that crappy Veronica Mars show... but I dont like new beetles tho :lol: :P

mine is getting filmed for a ad this saturday , but the ad is for the US and wont be shown here unfortunatly

On that note, anyone remember the RTA add with the white bay Kombi that gets wrapped around a truck because the drivers is fatigued... or is that stoned? :duh :lol:

Come on, honestly... who here didnt consider that guys facial expression with a lowered brow?

Also, I recall an eastertime Woolworths add back in the early 90's with an easter bunny driving a bug.

And there was an add on NSW TV recently with to elderly hippy's standing in front of a shiny hippy splitty. :D... could have been an insurance add???

Oh, and there is the nice green/white 23 Samba bus in That 70's Show. :tu: *drools*

Is that the one where the truck driver climbs down from the rig, sees the carnage and performs an exaggerated slump?
If it is, that's the slump we, (where I work) call 'the truckie slump'.
It's what we all do when a hard repair comes into the shop:P
