Has anybody ever seen pearl flames on matt blacK? any body got any tips of why this shoudl or shoudlent be done? any help will be good

Yes it can be done, anything can be done.

Pearls are designed to have clear painted over them, so therefore you would be wise to put clear over the flames after painting them - before unmasking.

Matt black is not meant to have clear put in it as that would then make it gloss black.

If you didn't put clear on the pearl you would not get much of a pearl effect and the colours would wear and fade with time.
