I was just wondering, on my recently aquired beetle i have an original wolfsburg steering wheel, and i was wondreing if they are rare and if so worth restoring?

when i sat i wnat to restored it, i mean the plastic covering the logo has all cracked on teh inside, and shoudl this be in paint and body? cause im not sure.
