anyone got examples of the biggest rust repairs they have undertaken ?
I ve got major work ahead of me if this project is go ahead
would like to see what others have acomplished first

I think ClassicVW had a split which required the most repair i have ever seen (not so much rust but head on impact damage) turned out stunningly.

perhaps the windows leaking started the seam under the windows to start rusting out ?
