I used a paint colour called Country Cream on my Oval .... which was a British Leyland colour # 15086 Group 1 Its close but i dont know how much it would be good to see both colours side by side

I was told by an old VW dealer that live's down the road from me that it should be alabasta? Silver beige is a nicer colour thought I think. The steering wheel seems to be a ivory colour, I don't know how much this has changed over the 50 years the car has been around, would this be discolouration over time? if it was silver beige from new it has darkened quite a bit then. The dash knob's seem to be quite bright, not exactly white but a very light ivory colour. I have noticed that most of the resto Ovals you see in VW Trends, Ultra, And the like seem to be done in a white colour, I assume this is the silver beige that was mentioned. Bit confusing?
