Can anyone tell me how to get overspray off powder-coating? Does light wet & dry do it?

Try some paint thinners on a hidden spot and see if the thinners affect the powder coat.
This may remove the overspray.

Otherwise, you can try some cutting copmpound and then polish out the area later.

second for cutters if thinners ruins powder coating just cutters on a rag, or buff - i wouldnt rub it... if anything 2000 so u can cut the scratches out i guess

Yeah just polish it out, thinners will soften most powder coats.
