look like 60's guards with later aussie spec indicators

I don't know if anyone can tell what year the guard is from
by looking at it....
Some people say they can tell the difference between guards, but can't say what year...

They just look like 64 guards to Me....
I'm guessing the Headlamps have the Low beam RHD cutoff and the "wide" amber blinkers are original....
The wide blinkers started in 1964 from memory, with clear lenses...
so if the headlamps and blinkers are original...
between 1964-1967 inclusive....

there from 64 on and will fit ealier bugs

hmm ok i though aussie bugs has the skinny inicators till 68....you learn something new everyday

yep skinny ones went from 60 to early 64 same time they widend the popes nose
64 to 74 are the same cept the lenses were clear till 68

the later 60s ones had the indicators placed a lil higher toward the windshield, u commonly see early 60s with oddbod fenders, 63 before had low indis, 64 on had higher placed ones.
if u have matching there not greatly easily to tell apart less ure looking.
