I have a 68/69 type 3 square that has some rust issues
Looking for some advice and bits re panel repairs.

The right hand front guard is salvagable and as such I am looking for someone to restore it - any reccomendations in Melbourne.

The sill/rocker panel on the left hand side is shot - I found some o'seas repair panels (expensive) anyone got any suggestions here.

I am also looking for a left hand front guard, maybe more when I pull the rears off.

Anyone got any rubbers etc that they want to get rid of.

Any info or parts greatly appreciated

I know that you can get a lot of new rubbers from Sydney (Geroge at Classic VW) and probably from Boris at Vintage as well. Not sure who in Melb, there is one mob that might but I can't remember their name.

Hey bails - I used to admire your car before it turned black (I asume yours is the one that used to be parked in Lygon Street with the Notch plates) - I had a similar one to yours. Thanks for the unumber is that guy local?

I have just dropped a guard into the bloke at Just Rust in Bell Street we'll see how that goes.
