I have bitten the bullet and stupidly stripped down my '70 beetle BEFORE trying to find a paint shop that will paint my car,

It seems that if it isn't an insurance job then you are some kind of leper to them.

All I want to do is bring the car back to it's original Antarctica White, Is there anyone who has found a painter that likes to deal with enthusiasts and not Insurance companies ?
