VW Body Kits/show car question

Hi, I was sent here from another community and I was hoping to ask for some help. They said that the car was originally posted here.
here's what I was wanting to know.

Does anyone have any clue how they did the front end on this car? I absolutely love that bumper they have! Anyone have any links to it? and maybe to a place with good fiberglass/composite hoods for a 68? Anyone know how they did that spoiler too?

Yea i heard that it was a commodore front bar which had been modded.I was also going to do it.

It's a great picture. I have several of this car and if you have any more of it I would love to have them. I'm going to duplicate a lot of it and use it to modify my bug some more.

check out the signs on the car, iam pretty sure they was a bodywork/spoiler on the c ar somewhere?
