After coming very close to selling my Samba last year I have decided to begin the process of restoration. My shopping list is enormous but need to start with a splitty dash and parcel tray.
I have considered whether to modify the bus but will probably settle for getting rid of the reduction boxes and having the later front and rear end.
It's been a while for me so please can someone let me know what rear and front end will bolt onto a 62 splitty bus to get rid of the reduction boxes and have a disc front end.
The only other mod I want to do is drop in a 1776 motor. and keep the rest as standard as possible. Please advise if anyone has a donor vehicle for sale of the parts neccessary to do the conversion.

Join dsk plenty of info there , it all comes down to $$ as lowlight beams are thin on the ground and a few ways of changing the rear end out
