Its a rather complex operation so if your not mechanically minded then dont attempt it.

The front torsion bars need to be dismantled completely to add the most common adjusters....

The rear sounds easy... but it can be dangerous....

I wouldn't try the rear adjustment Myself...

but I have taken the front torsion bar assemblies apart & replaced them after the adjusters had been fitted to the torsion bar tubes by a Welder/fitter...

it IS a Big Job but it can be done if You are Mechanically minded and have a good toolbox of Metric tools... and a lot of spare time...
Talk to a few people who have done it, and make up Your mind whether You can do it...
