Sorry to bring this up again but I have some new information and the old thread is quite long.
It turns out that there are two sizes of Kadron air filter housings. When I got my bug serviced earlier in the week (for peace of mind because I'm
driving to Wilson's Prom), the guy at AVWPC told me that you cant get new filters for the older style housings.
Who has tried K&N filters on their Kadrons? Which part number and dimensions are they?
I'm going to measure the paper airfilters in mine and see if I can match up a part number.
Cheers Folks =)
I have the new part number for the new style housings (I will post it as soon as I find it) but no one has any in Australia "so I'm told". If you
can find them I need a set as well:thumb
(Part Number is E-3210)

Ummm, I've got K&N elements in my old kadron filter housings..... they just need a slightly longer bolt in the middle as the K&N is a taller
element (which is good).
Vee dub repairs and spares in Freo, about $95 each or therabouts I think..... cant recall exactly. Might have been $95 for the two.
Desert moose, I got a quote from Autobarn a while back for them, they can get them in for $115 ea.
Give Klack Motors a call in Sydney, from memory I paid $80 for the pair.
