Hey all,

Doing up a baja, some of you might know since i have put up so many posts about it.

What do you guys reckon of air bag suspension for off-road?
I have been told the bags are a really tough rubber.
But i want to ask around about it first.
So yea would it be good for offroading or should it be left for the street machines?

I just thought it might be handy if you need to raise on part up to get through some tough terrain but as many people know i don't have much knowledge in this area :P

Thanx guys

Funco had a buggy a while back with Airbags and some of the US army stuff uses them too.

This was all talked about a while back before the site crashed. There was some talk of a big 4WD using them well.

Nice ride. Be expensive though.

what sort of mods do you have to do to fit airbags? i know the kits are not cheap, how much more needs to be done to fit them?

No body mods akean just brackets etc to fit the system.I am looking into it at the moment want it done asap.DD has been hasled he was doing bracket last time we spoke so fingers crossed he pulls it off and then his shop will supply us.There is also a few kits available on the market now.necter is doing this to his rag so should be achievable.
