Does anyone know what year Type 2's came out with seat belt points?

Pre '67 at least. I heard somewhere that '67 was the first year they put in the seat belt bolts as standard items in every vehicle, ie - before '67 only in busses with seats from the factory or something. All I know is that my '67 "237xxx" bus has the mount points.
