what type of grease

putting a new cv on my bus ,just wondering what type of grease to pack it up with:)

Not trying to endorse any brand, most manufactureres will have a molybdenum disulfide grease which is what you need to put in your CV's. Many will be marked as CV grease.

Read your manual, I think they recommend 91g grease per CV. It's a lot more than you think, but perserverance will get it all in and be better for your CV's.

You can get it at any BIG W etc.....
Castrol Moly Lithium based grease.....
any other brand of Moly Lithium grease will do.....

This grease is unbelieveable......

it even quitens noisy CVs.....

don't get it on Your clothes as it doesn't come out....
I used disposible gloves......

When I had a Magna with front CVs....
The boots split and the new boots came with tubes of so called CV grease.....
I still have them... I used Lithium based MOLY grease and twice as much as the tubes..... stopped the cvs from knocking too......
