just got back from playing with mine now have more tire clearance with mine as it was rubbing the muffler on the tire, ill post pics shortly of the changes

It really depends on what you want to achieve and how much you want to spend. I know http://www.sharpbuilt.com.au  sells shortened type IV extractors and a muffler to suit the beetle. You could make your own if you are so inclined. You can get one custom made but can be exy, or you can bring one in from the US or Europe (but be prepared for freight and duties).

If you flip the gear box mount you can move your gear box 2" forward.

Gives you heaps more room for mounting your exhaust.

Go for a drive to Mortlake one day and have a chat to the Holzl boys @ V Force. This is what they have dome on Snotty
