Hi

On the rear, same as any bug, a 7 with a 23ET works OK. I have 7s with 55 et on the front of my car but need to run skinny struts.

Ok anyone local carry skinny struts ?

I have some 8" M3 mags I was thinking of using which are ET23 but thinking 8" is to much up front

Hi

Vintage and V force have them but I've seen people use some sort of Honda rear spring on the front with Beetle struts.

L Bug with 'negative roll radius' should have 41mm offset on the 4.5J rim

thanks, I will fit up the 8" and see how they look and clear and if it is just the springs that stop me I will change them out

the 2 bolt struts ones (74 on) have a 15mm wider track on each side

i got 17x7 et40 on mine that tuck nicely but its got 3 bolt earlier struts and narrow coils
