Hydraulic lifters in a type motor

Hi all,

Its bee a while since I have posted anything on here... but I have been lurking!

Whilst discussing ideas for another daily driver motor that I need to build the suggestion of using hydraulic lifters in a Type I came up.

I know that MOFOCO in the US sell a kit (but the shipping cost is crazy) - does anyone know of anyone else that makes a kit to suit the Type I case (preferably with no machining)?

Is anyone else running Hydralic lifters in a Type I? Thoughts? Suggestions?

You'll need a new case that uses the hydraulic lifters as they are the same as type 4 lifters in size, CB makes hydro cams and lifters for type 1 engines but you need the case as well.
