id like to replace my QTR windows with some that have functioning locks.

do i just remove the top pivot pin and then they slide out?

or is it more complex than that? will any new window rubbers be required?

you have to remove the door trim to get at the lower clamp screws

remove rivet

yes replace rubbers while yr there
