garrett gt2052 on a 1776...your thoughts?

Hey all

I have a garrett gt2052 turbo which is new and unused and I want to fit it to my 1776 type 3 running megasquirt efi.
The compressor a/r is .51 and 52 trim , and the turbine a/r is .50

According to my rough calculations it seems to be absolutely ideal for my 1776 as a low revving street driven car with gobs of torque.

Turbine map here: http://www.hpheaven.com.au/uploaded/pdfs/Garrett%20turbine%20map/727264turb_e.jpg

Also found this handy turbo calculator: http://www.squirrelpf.com/turbocalc/index.php

So far it appears to be a pretty good match to my engine and hp target of 150hp with room to move :ninja:

Will be using subaru w/a intercooler, stock type 3 efi manifolds and type 3 semi hemi (56.7cc) heads with stock valves...

Thinking either stock cam or maybe engle 100 to keep the broadest power band.

Advice would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers, Toby :tu:
