Hey guys
Whats size outlet and return line fittings are need to run the suby EJ25(just use the original fuel outlet as the new return line and fit new outlet fitting)? also what fuel pump is everyone using (prefer no holleys they are to freaking noisy!)

I am using the original fuel outlet, with a pre- filter, then the common Bosch 070 (VL Commodore) EFI pump which is pretty quiet, then a Ryco Z168 EFI fuel filter. The return I have run through one of the two breather lines for the original tank. Been no problems for 9 years

Hi Rhys, are you just running the tank outlet straight to the pump?

if you ran a surge tank with a lift pump the stock outlets are fine but just gravity flow into the pump the stock outlet is a bit restrictive and you may find under hard acceleration/load or during heavy cornering that you get a bit of fuel surge.

yer just tank into fuel pump isnt the outlet on the vl efi pump 10mm?

There abouts, might be bigger, I know the Bosch 984 I have in mine its 12mm.
