Well the problem I see is this. After talking to a some of the subi guys who in particular build up the ej20t they say that the length of the primary pipes has a lot of an effect on where your motor will produce its torque range so i am waiting to hear back and try and get some more info on this before going ahead. NOW i know some people say it does not matter so much with a turbo BUT from their experience this seems to be incorrect and I know I want to get the maximum out of the time and money I have spent trying to get one of these into a buggy, it would be a shame to just put something on that was going to kill teh performance of your motor. I have priced one set of profesionally made stainless headers but they came in with a price or over 2 grand to go from the heads to the turbo. OUCH.
JUST MY 2 CENTS WORTH

If anyone needs the head flanges and some other 2" x 2 bolts flanges (carbon steel) I have some sitting here.
There are some s/s headers on ebay at the moment.

That system you posted is the one I would have built but I couldn't get the turnaround in close enough to the right hand port to clear my chassis rails.
:cry
