You've been having fun againe Neil!!!!
I just like subaru , sooo nice

hehe , yep ... I should have one on the showroom floor soon enough. I will take some photos tommorrow when I have the body off too fit the power steering rack in place for the last time before sending her north .....
O good would love a look :beer
how did you go there Brad Photo ?
well after wasteing 6 hrs fitting power assisted Rack and Pinion only to decide there was a better way and cut it all off again I forgot to bring the
camera home so the pics are not with me...
I will get them up thsi week though. Also take some of the exhaust and cooling system for you .
Good to see some of your work , can you give me some insight as the inverted inlet ? cheers neil
it is a 180 degree bend
got you
placement of muffler and cat converter # The blue RHS is there just to hold in place for welding .
rear
Seagull, looks very neat.
One question though, is there likely to be a heat problem due to the exhaust wrapping so tightly around the engine?
Maybe ceramic coating and/or heatwrap may help?
Not being critical, just trying to learn.
Ok the photos show the muffler * siting very close to the covers , there is a red pen holding the unit away from the covers ( all I could find at the
time ) the muffler will be spaced away from the covers to aid cooling .I have also one more flange to add to the outlet of the cat as the left side
<
the muffler has two 90 deg bends 180deg spaced apart so you can get to the spark plugs easy .The cat is spaced off as well , cheers seagull
O this is not in a car its in my trike * and yes I am very mad *
What's the muffler inlet diameter, looks a lot like my alloy GPz900R ones thay I kept when I traded it in ... think they are 2 1/4"?
Hi jenny , the size is Dn 50mm or 2"
I was thing of making two of them but more weight and we can not have that can we .
did your brakes turn up ? please give us a look when you get them . neil
Only the fronts have shown up so far, but I'm very happy with the quality of them.
Still waiting on the rears. Unfortunately I'm back at work now...
Hey seagull
How about one of these on your ej motor!!
2
hee hee , the front wheel would never see the ground , as you know you have been in maxes trike and felt the POWER , of subaru .

I must catch up with you one day , seagull neil
Is that an eaton m62????
I like the idea alot....who made the manifold, is a standard one modified and made taller or does someone actually make it.....I can run it after the
turbo.
Matt
Yes it is M62.Made for the ej22
The kit came out of CAPA in SA,the manifold came with it.
Very nicely put together
All you have to shift is the alternator
looking good
After many hours , I moved the cat from the back to the side
another
Bloody hell Neil!
Looks like your exhaust will double as your bumpers!!!
That aircleaner bracket that you made.....
How much for one of those?
Mates rates remember!
