It has been chopped for sure...

The yellow lines are perspective lines...

The angle A is the perspective of the background - giving us a datum.

The angle B indicated that the bus is lined up an an angle slightly towards us. Given that the beltline and the rain gutter on a bus are parallel and that the bus is facing slightly toward the camera the angle C should be larger than angle A.

Angle C when using the same perspective as the datum shows that the bus has indeed ben slant chopped. That is, all the pillars chopped except the rear most. The roof angled down and the windscreen tilted back to make up for the effective shortening of the roof.

Perpective corrected...
