72 Kombi - V8 Conversion
Pierced_VW - January 26th, 2005 at 03:12 AM

I have a 72 kombi and am very very interested in converting her to a V8. Could anyone give me info on prices and tech (engineers in perth etc.) Or if anyone is selling one in Perth, I would be very interested (for the right money).

I have a v8 complete with adaptor plates and 2ltr box and a strong starter! enough piping to go to mars! My car was recently damaged by a transport company and unfortunately i may have to sell the motor! it is brann new! only done 40 hours work! compression is at 200 psi per cylynder and has everything new in it! if your interested im actually in sydney though im sure we can work something out! i will be recieving an insurance payout and most likely will fix the car but may sell the conversion on! anyhow u2u me

there should be some pics of mine floating around here somewhere.
probably a lot easier to buy one already done.
mine's got a 3.8 litre efi V6 from a vp commodore, with engineers certificate.
adjustable beam
17" rims
adjustable Koni's all 4.
8 seater.
16.2 sec 1/4 mile (so far)
