Here is a book that I want to recommend to all of you. This is the best Motorbook I have ever gotten my hands on. It is not a conversion book, but it covers every aspect and all types of engines. Making changes to the electronic engine-management (ECU), Turbos etc. But it is not for the aircooled enthusiast, thats why I post it here. But it covers everything else like aerodynamics, suspension tires etc. too.
It gets 5 stars on my 5 star scale.
I paid € 39,58 for it, it is said to be US $ 50,00.
